The Star Gazing Tree House is our newest glamping style accommodation at Woodland Escapes. Sleep beneath a canopy of stars and immerse yourself in pure natural luxury of the woodland. Set in its own private glade, our new Tree House offers the chance to be close to nature with the convenience of modern facilities and home comforts. Even before you unpack you will be planning a lazy afternoon on the wrap around deck and an even longer evening catching up with good company and a glass of something chilled in the Scandinavian Wood Fired Hot Tub (£75.00 extra charge)*. In the cosy living room area, you can sit back and relax on winter evenings next to the log burner on the comfortable L shaped sofa. Why not treat yourselves to a pizza pack where you can make pizzas in your very own wood fired oven (£20 includes 4 x dough balls, tomato puree and cooking amenities, you just need to bring toppings).

Our Tree house sleeps up to 4 adults (loft bedroom not suitable for children under 10)* and comprises of a Master bedroom with king size bed and a loft bedroom NB: Low ceiling)where guests can enjoy sleeping beneath the stars - a telescope is also available for use at your leisure. The loft bedroom is accessed via a loft ladder (please see picture) for this reason it may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems of any kind or young children. Spacious and well appointed, our Tree House has a fully equipped compact kitchen with microwave, toaster, hob and oven, fridge freezer, kettle and coffee machine. A gas BBQ is also available all year round. We supply coffee pods (subject to availability) tea, specialty tea and sugar. NB: WE DO NOT SUPPLY MILK. In addition you will find cleaner, hand soap and washing up liquid with Tea towels and a cleaning sponge. In the bathroom you will find an initial supply of toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. You will also be provided with towels and guests who choose to book our Scandinavian Hot Tub will receive toweled robes.Please note water pressure may be variable due to location.

Our exclusive Treetops celebrations space overlooks a dramatic old lime stone Quarry—a landscape once carved by industry, now beautifully reclaimed by nature. Today, towering trees, birdsong and dappled woodland light have transformed it into a peaceful sanctuary where time seems to slow.

Reserved exclusively for guests staying in our Stargazing Treehouse who have booked a Romance or Birthday Package, it's the perfect place raise a glass as the sun sets through the trees, or simply pause and listen to the woodland come alive.

This is more than a place to stay. It's a chance to reconnect with nature, surrounded by the quiet beauty of a landscape that has written its own story over centuries.

*Please note that the hot tub is wood fired (4 person) and is an optional extra charge of £75.It has colour changing lights, spa and hydro jets. Guests are requested to turn off the spa and hydro jets if they wish to hold a conversation to avoid disturbing the wild life. Dogs welcome for £25 each, max 3 per booking. Please further note that gas for the firepit is an optional extra of £25 per bottle and must be pre-ordered. Gas is subject to availability. Please note that there is an additional cost of £15 per night per person after the first two guests. This extra charge also applies if two bedrooms are required. (ie if guests are a party of two but two bedrooms are required).All guests must be declared and paid for before check in.
