Check in is at 3pm on your day of arrival

Check out is at 10am on your day of departure

All guests are required to sign our Terms and Conditions before checking in. Details of this process will be sent by email on the Sunday before your stay. If you have not received this then please contact us.

Late check out at 11.30am is available at an additional cost of £20.

All of our properties benefit from having electricity and Wifi. 

Most mobile networks cover the area so you will not be completely off grid!

We have an electric port for car charging on site, charges apply. 

The Star Dome and Tree Dome are unique in both their interiors and amenities, therefore offering guests different experiences. This is the reason why so many guests choose to return and try out another property!

The main difference between the domes are the hot tubs. The Star Dome is a 4 person jacuzzi hot tub which is covered. There is a star gazing roof so that you can appreciate the stars and the night sky. The Star Dome may suit guests who have an interest in star gazing. A telescope and information book are provided.

The Tree Dome hot tub is enclosed within the trees and has jacuzzi jets and lights. The Tree Dome also benefits from an outside camp fire pit and pizza oven (additional charge). 

Whilst both domes sleep 4 people, the Star Dome may be more suitable for guests with children as the Star Dome offers slightly more surface area space to use fold out beds and does not have steep drops from the decking area. 

WHERE IS THE NEAREST SHOP?

There is a convenience store in Clee Hill village, approximately 1 mile away (uphill walk). The shop stocks just about everything! There is also a very good fish and chip shop which takes card payments next to it. 

The nearest Supermarket is Tesco in Tenbury Wells (4 miles away) or there is also a Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi in Ludlow (5/6 miles away). 

ARE THERE TAKEWAYS THAT DELIVER?

Yes. All menus and leaflets can be found in your accommodation. Guests most popular takeways are from:

WHICH PROPERTIES ARE DOG FRIENDLY?

All of our properties are dog friendly, however if you are looking for a property with an enclosed garden, then please take a look at Mountain View Lodge. Whilst the other properties all have their own private decking areas, all are open to the woodland - so choose wisely if you have a dog who is prone to wandering off! We would also politely request that if your dog is reactive, that it remains on a lead whilst on their walkies to avoid any issues during your holiday.
